I NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

What’s up Family, Friends, and Acquaintances ;-),

I sincerely hope and pray that God has blessed all of you this holiday season. Even though I have not been in personal touch, my thoughts and good wishes have been with you.

We still have a purpose and a destiny to fulfill.

I am currently living in Hamburg, Germany and I must say, it’s been great.

God has blessed me with many interesting people in my life. Although I miss the states incredibly, I know that God wants me to finish what I have started here. In this letter, I hope to convey my mission and how you can help me accomplish it.

Blessed with the chance to tour over the past 10 years with "The very best of Black Gospel", I have also created special projects of my own.

In 2005, I founded the German gospel choir, “The Leviticus Gospel Choir”. Of the 51 members who started with me, 33 have remained in the Choir and grown so much in God, musically, and more importantly spiritually. I praise and thank God for the opportunity He has given me to be able to be used for His glory to bring souls to Christ. Several members have found church homes and gotten saved.

I also began teaching vocal jazz that year at “The Hamburg School of Music” . I searched for 6 months before I found a school that had an opening for an English speaking voice teacher. The favor of God made it so that English was actually encouraged at this school for students who wanted to study in England! How cool was that?

In 2006 I began giving workshops because I saw that gospel music had reached a plateau. I began teaching contemporary gospel and its spiritual and historical value. I’ve been giving workshops ever since. My biggest Gospel music workshop so far has consisted of over 400 singers/participants! God is awesome. So many people want to know not only about American gospel but about GOD! Germany isn’t a country founded on godly principles but its people are thirsting for knowledge of Him and the life He brings through gospel music.

To date I am currently teaching at a private studio called “Studio of Young Artists” or SoYA. There I teach background vocals and jazz ensemble. The students are extremely talented and ambitious and I am quite happy there.

In the beginning of 2008 I started a new contemporary Black gospel group entitled “GOSPEL POWER SOUL” with 6 other talented singers and musicians from South Africa, Jamaica and the States. We have given some awesome concerts, with standing ovations and great reviews. We are confirmed as the vocal sound for the European premiere of the musical MANDELA, DAS MUSICAL (www.a-gon.de)

I am also working on a Gospel Music Theatre Production that is in a very productive stage of development and presentation. And last but certainly not least, I fulfilled a dream of recording my first CD, “CHANGE IS COMIN'”. This process was a wonderful creative and learning experience for me.

Many of you have supported me and my efforts for a long time. You’ve stood behind me, and pushed me to reach my goals. For that I am grateful. You've continued to believe in me.

For 2009 I have set some new goals and I need your help to do it. I can’t do it on my own this time. I need your help to help make my dreams a reality.

I am calling this campaign: TIM’S VISION.

There are several things I want to accomplish in 2009 but to do that I need funding.

I KNOW, BUT HEAR ME OUT FIRST! LOL geesh.

I came up with a concept that if 100,000 people would donate 1 dollar/euro/pound

I would be able to reach my goals by the end of August 2009. I believe God. It is He who gives power to get wealth according to Deuteronomy in the Old Testament. But He uses His children to be the vessels to provide it. Of course I too(along with a very good friend of mine here in Hamburg) am investing monetarily to the cause as well but I (we) cannot do it alone. I NEED YOUR HELP.

I know most of you are for me and would do anything to help me. I know some of you are my enemies and wouldn’t be so generous. To those people I say, God Bless you anyway. I don’t expect you to read any further. I put no confidence in man, but rather Him who has blessed me this far.

When TIM’S VISION is finished you will receive a copy of a CD and/or complimentary ticket to any of the productions as a token of appreciation and gratitude (with donations of 50Euro/dollars/pounds or more)
